중소벤처기업진흥공단(이사장 김학도, 이하 중진공)이 최근 글로벌 물류대란 상황에서 온라인 수출 기업의 애로사항을 파악하기 위해 물류이용 실태를 조사한 결과 응답한 온라인 수출기업 대다수(89.1%)가 현재 물류애로를 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 주요 애로사항은 항공·해상운임 등 높은 물류비용(81.7%), 배송 기간(45%), 수출 통관(20.7%)이다.
